Paying at Axiomdrone should take a few seconds and hold no surprises. This page sets out what we accept, who handles the money and when your card is actually charged.

When the charge happens
Your card is charged when the order is placed, not when the parcel ships. If a payment is authorised but the order cannot be completed, the authorisation is released back to your bank.
Prices and taxes
Every price on this site is in US Dollars (USD). Sales tax, where it applies, is calculated and shown before you confirm. Standard shipping is free within the United States, so the figure on the final screen is the figure that leaves your account. There are no handling charges, no service fees and nothing added after the fact.
Security
Checkout is encrypted with SSL/TLS and processed by Shopify Payments, which operates to PCI-DSS standards. Full card numbers and payment credentials are never written to our servers — they pass straight to the processor.
If the payment does not go through
- Check that the billing address and postcode match the ones your bank holds.
- Make sure the funds or credit are available on the card.
- Look for a block from your bank on online or first-time merchants.
- Try one of the other methods listed above.
If it still will not take, your bank is the fastest place to start — they can see the decline reason, and we cannot.
Order confirmation
A confirmation email goes out as soon as the payment clears. If nothing arrives within a few minutes, check the spam or promotions folder before assuming the order failed. Still nothing? Write to support@axiomdrone.com with the name and address you used and we will find it.
