Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of axiomdrone.com (the "Site") and any order you place on it. They apply alongside our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy and Refund & Returns Policy. By browsing the Site or buying from it you accept them; if any part does not suit you, please do not use the Site.

1. Who you are dealing with

Axiomdrone is the trading name of WINDFEAST LLC, based in NEW ALBANY, OH. We sell Tech & Garage Gear products online only.

2. Who may order

You must be at least 18 years old, or have the consent of a parent or legal guardian, to place an order. You agree that the details you give us — name, address, contact details, payment information — are accurate, current and yours to use. Orders carrying details we cannot verify may be cancelled.

3. Your account

If you create an account, the login credentials are yours to protect, and anything done through the account is treated as done by you. Tell us at support@axiomdrone.com straight away if you think someone else has access.

4. Products and availability

Products are described on their own pages, with measurements and materials as we have them. Colours vary between screens, and manually measured dimensions carry a small tolerance. We may change, update or withdraw a listing at any time, and stock is not guaranteed until an order is accepted.

5. Prices, taxes and errors

Prices are shown on the Site in US Dollars (USD) and do not include sales tax unless stated. The full cost — product, any applicable tax — appears at checkout before you confirm. Standard shipping inside the United States is free, with no minimum order, and there is no expedited service to buy. Prices may change without notice, and where an obvious pricing or description error appears we reserve the right to correct it and to cancel any order placed on the mistaken figure, refunding you in full.

6. Orders and acceptance

Your order is an offer to buy. A confirmation email acknowledges that we received it; the contract is formed when we accept the order and dispatch it. We may decline an order — for stock, for suspected fraud, or for an address we cannot ship to — and will refund any payment taken.

7. Payment

We accept Shop Pay, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Diners Club, Elo, JCB, and UnionPay. Payment is taken securely at checkout through Shopify Payments over an encrypted connection, and card details are not stored by us. Every charge is displayed before you confirm; there are no fees added afterwards.

8. Cancelling an order

If you need to cancel, write to support@axiomdrone.com as soon as you can with the order number. We will stop an order that has not yet been processed; once it is packed or handed to the carrier it can no longer be pulled back.

9. Delivery

We ship to all 50 US states and do not ship internationally. Processing takes 0-1 business days, transit 2-3 business days, and a tracking number is emailed at dispatch. The Shipping Policy sets out the detail, including the daily cut-off, and forms part of these Terms.

10. Returns and refunds

Returns are accepted for manufacturing defects, damage in transit and wrong items received, within 30 days of delivery; change of mind is not covered. The Refund & Returns Policy gives the conditions, the 72-hour damage window and the refund timings, and forms part of these Terms.

11. Intellectual property

The text, photographs, graphics, layout and logo on the Site belong to or are licensed to Axiomdrone and are protected by copyright and trademark law. You may view and print pages for your own use. Copying, republishing, scraping or reusing any of it commercially requires our written permission first.

12. Things you must not do

• Use the Site for anything unlawful or fraudulent.
• Interfere with its security, availability or operation.
• Scrape, harvest or bulk-copy content, prices or images.
• Upload malicious code or attempt to introduce it.
• Try to reach any part of the Site, server or database you have not been given access to.

13. Disclaimer

The Site and the products are supplied "as is" and "as available". We take care over descriptions and measurements, but we do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free or free of harmful components, nor that a product will suit a purpose you have in mind but have not described to us. Nothing here removes a right you have that cannot lawfully be removed.

14. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, Axiomdrone and WINDFEAST LLC are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site or from a product bought on it, including lost data, lost revenue and lost profits. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid for the order concerned.

15. Indemnity

You agree to hold Axiomdrone and WINDFEAST LLC harmless from claims, losses and reasonable legal costs arising out of your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the Site, or your infringement of someone else's rights.

16. Privacy

How we handle personal information is set out in the Privacy Policy, which also forms part of these Terms.

17. Changes

We may revise these Terms. The current version always sits on this page with its effective date, and continuing to use the Site after a change means you accept the revised text.

18. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio and of the United States. Any dispute arising from them or from your use of the Site is to be brought in the courts of the State of Ohio.
