Privacy Policy

Axiomdrone ("we", "us", "our") runs the online shop at axiomdrone.com. This policy explains what we learn about you when you browse the site or buy something, why we hold it, who else sees it and what you can ask us to do with it.

1. What we collect

We collect three kinds of information, all of it tied to running the shop:

• Contact details — the name, email address, telephone number and shipping and billing addresses you enter at checkout or in a message to us.
• Order records — what you bought, when, the order history attached to your details, and any correspondence about a return or a query.
• Technical data — IP address, browser and device type, device identifiers, the pages you looked at, the site you arrived from, and the time of the visit.

2. Card details

Payments are taken by Shopify Payments, which operates to PCI-DSS standards. Full card numbers and payment credentials go directly to the processor and are never written to our servers. What comes back to us is confirmation that a payment succeeded, plus the last digits and card type needed to match a refund to the right order.

3. Why we hold it

We use your information to take and fulfil orders, arrange delivery, handle returns and refunds, answer support messages, detect and prevent fraudulent transactions, keep the site working and improve it, and meet obligations placed on us by law, tax authorities or a court. We send marketing email only to people who have asked for it, and every one of those messages carries an unsubscribe link that works immediately.

4. Who else sees it

We share the minimum necessary with the third parties that make the shop function:

• Our e-commerce platform, which hosts the storefront and the order records.
• Our payment processor, to authorise and settle transactions.
• Delivery carriers, who need the name, address and telephone number to deliver a parcel.
• Analytics and service providers who help us understand traffic and keep the site reliable.

We also disclose information where a law, regulation, subpoena or court order requires it, or where it is needed to protect our rights, our property or someone's safety. We do not sell, rent or trade personal information to third parties for their own marketing.

5. Cookies and similar technologies

The site sets cookies to keep a cart together between pages, remember preferences, keep the checkout secure and measure how the site is used. Your browser settings control which cookies are allowed, and you may block or delete them at any time; be aware that blocking the essential ones will stop the cart and the checkout from working.

6. How long we keep it

Order and contact records are kept while they are needed to serve you, to resolve a dispute and to satisfy accounting and tax rules. Once that period is over, the data is deleted or stripped of anything that identifies you. Technical logs are kept for a shorter period.

7. Keeping it safe

We apply administrative, technical and physical safeguards to the information we hold, and traffic between your browser and the site is encrypted with SSL/TLS. No system carried over the internet can be guaranteed absolutely secure, and we do not claim otherwise; what we can say is that access is limited to what the work requires.

8. Your rights

You may ask us to tell you what personal information we hold about you, correct anything that is wrong, delete it, or stop sending you marketing. Write to support@axiomdrone.com and we will act on the request. We may need to confirm who you are before we release or erase anything.

9. California residents (CCPA)

If you live in California, the California Consumer Privacy Act gives you further rights:

• Right to know the categories and specific pieces of personal information collected about you.
• Right to delete that information, subject to the records we are legally required to retain.
• Right to opt out of sale. We do not sell personal information. Should that ever change, a clear opt-out will be published here first.
• Right to non-discrimination — exercising any of these rights will never affect the price you pay or the service you receive.

10. Children

This shop is meant for adults and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 13, in line with COPPA. If you believe a child has given us their details, contact us and we will delete the record.

11. Changes to this policy

When this policy changes, the revised version is posted on this page with a new effective date. Material changes are worth a read; the date at the top tells you whether anything has moved since your last visit.
